Character Template

To be able to begin role playing on this forum, everyone must complete their character application and get it approved by a member of staff. The Applications are rather straight forward and I always make a template for people to complete, if anyone needs further help either message a member of staff or look up the Character Creation Guide, which will have all the things you will need for making your character the best it can be.

This template is specifically created for The Path of Destiny, it may look like templates for other sites, but I have not copied it from any sites, this is an original I have created myself - The Creator

Please put a picture here of your character here

Main Information

Name: (everyone has a name it can be a long name or a short name)

Nickname: (this is what people call you, it can be an abbreviation to your name or it can be completely different to your name)

Gender: (this one is obvious)

Age: (this one can be between the age of 14-27)

Occupation: (this one is self explanatory)

Personality: (this has to be as detailed as you can make it, a minimum of 2 paragraphs – each paragraph has to be about 4 lines long-)

Likes

• (please give at least two likes in bullet points, you can say why if you wish but its not compulsory. Maximum of four likes)
  

Dislikes

• (Please do the same as you did for likes, but how ever many you put for Likes, you must put the same amount of dislikes, you don't have to say why, but it must be reasonable)
  

Fears

• (same as above, same amount of dislikes and likes)
  

Hates

• (same as above, same amount of fears, dislikes and likes)
  

Motivation

• (there must be three motivations and there must be an explanation as to why, please bullet point them)
  

Appearance

Height: (Be realistic with these measurements, normally done in feet)

Weight: (Be realistic, normally done in stones)

Eye Color: (Unusual colors are allowed)

Hair Color: (Unusual colors are allowed)

Length/Style: (Please be as descriptive as you can, at least one paragraph with 4 lines in said paragraph.)

Outfits: (please be as descriptive as you can, if pictures will help then please put pictures in spoilers)

Scars/birthmarks: (if your character doesn't have any scars or birthmarks then please put N/A here if there is a specific shape or image you wish to add to show birthmarks or scars, then please put it in a spoiler)

Tattoos: (put N/A if your character doesn't have a tattoo, you must give a picture in spoiler and tell us the color and where it is on your character's body)
